About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Dessert Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that every customer receives a perfect dining experience.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
