Job Title: Dessert Cafe Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dessert Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Dessert Cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential.
