Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Operations Manager to join our team at NPA WorldWide in Winnipeg, MB.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $83,000 - $110,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, analyzing feedback and identifying areas for improvement to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and branch operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendors, to foster a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, operations management, or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines to meet customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
Working Conditions:

This role involves frequent communication with customers, employees, and stakeholders, requiring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines is essential. Regular travel to branch locations may be required.
