Job Description

A career as a Real Estate Finance Specialist in the Multi-Unit team means having a significant impact on the growth of our real estate portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting quality credit analysis, structuring credit applications, and negotiating credit terms and conditions with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit analysis and make recommendations according to established standards
  • Structure credit applications by mitigating risk and developing financing scenarios that meet customer needs and align with bank criteria
  • Negotiate credit terms and conditions with external partners
  • Participate in the establishment of construction or term financing needs in collaboration with account managers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business)
  • At least 6 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
