About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate law and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

About the Job

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from beginning to end.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
  • Review all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including lender representation files.
  • Contributing to expanding the residential real estate portfolio.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on all matters related to residential real estate.

Requirements

  • Quebec Notary License.
  • Full bilingual proficiency (EN/FR)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a high-volume of residential real estate files.
  • A strong desire for career growth and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, conveyancer/unity, Teraview, and PCLaw.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
