Real Estate Support Specialist

Job Description
At EightSix Network, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our building in Laval.
Responsibilities
- Closely monitor rent collection and ensure timely payments from tenants.
- Coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants, including key handovers and access chip issuance.
- Create and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease assignments using Hopem management system.
- Manage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservations, providing excellent communication and organization skills.
- Perform business development and market research with management approval to drive new marketing strategies.
- Respond promptly to current customers' inquiries regarding pricing and lease terms.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including producing reports, transcribing correspondence, and updating various documents.
Requirements
- A minimum of experience in a coordinator position within the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of Hopem management system is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- A strong understanding of the sector and its regulations.
