Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Altair Engineering Canada, Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and possess excellent communication skills.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $**65,000 - $85,000 per year**, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, life insurance, and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs, as well as assisting in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports. They will also be required to collect and compile operational or experimental data, develop manufacturing and processing procedures, and conduct work measurement or other studies.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, including client focus, efficient communication, flexibility, initiative, organization, and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in English is essential, and working hours will be approximately 40 hours per week.
