Job Summary:
VTK WHEEL CLIPS is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Inspect processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee production operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Set machine or equipment controls to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
