Quality Documentation Support Co-op Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Documentation Support Co-op student to join our team at Irving Consumer Products. As a Quality Documentation Support Co-op, you will play a key role in assisting with the design and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) document management system in SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the conversion of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from MS Excel to MS Word or MS Form electronic documents.
  • Submit documents through review and approval workflows and upload to SharePoint.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
  • Manufacturing or technical background or exposure is an asset.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word.
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of quality processes quickly.
