Inclusion and Diversity Co-op Student

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our Inclusion and Diversity team. As a Co-op Student, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research on best practices in diversity and inclusion and prepare related materials, such as presentations and reports.
- Analyze data and trends to support the development of diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Support the development of meeting materials and briefings on diversity and inclusion topics.
- Contribute to the collection and reporting of data and feedback to support the overall diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Support the development of policies, toolkits, and programs aligned with achieving diversity and inclusion objectives.
- In process of completing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, business, sociology, public policy, or a related field of study.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion and commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Project management skills.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
