Job Summary

Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Dispatching: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to meet customer demands.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports to management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and coordinate repairs and rentals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Industry Experience: Trucking industry experience preferred.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-42 hour workweek. English is the primary language of communication.
