Job Title: Residential Property Management Lead
Location: Canada
Salary: CAD $80,000 - CAD $100,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Management Lead to join our client's team. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Yardi modules, managing project timelines and milestones, and driving project teams to meet their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define project success criteria and communicate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Drive project teams through the project phases to meet milestones.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in residential property management space.
- Experience in implementing multiple Yardi modules, such as PayScan and VendorCafe.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI.
- Expert user of Yardi and Property Vista.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Scheduling, Gantt charts, dependencies, etc.
