Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and execute capital projects within our expanding real estate portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project life cycle from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate activities among various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, health and safety regulations, and capital funding constraints
  • Lead and manage site operations, including on-site supervision, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive plans and recommendations for program and project-specific requirements
  • Analyze and evaluate work performed by both internal teams and external contractors, ensuring that project standards are met


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in site/project management, including managing the project life cycle from inception to completion
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation is an asset
- Significant experience as a working carpenter or foreman, with a solid understanding of construction methods and techniques strongly preferred
