Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Powersports group in achieving its business objectives.

About the Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals and objectives of the Powersports group.
  • Providing HR expertise and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Coaching and developing leaders to enhance their effectiveness and impact on the business.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools to build and enhance organizational capability.
  • Collaborating with Global Practices to drive business transformation and change management initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
