As a key member of our ECAT program & OT Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, assessing their physical and cognitive functioning, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical and cognitive abilities
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
* Educating clients on safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities
* Supporting return-to-work programs, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations
* Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submitting reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
* Participating in case conferences and case management
* Collaborating with the inter-professional team at your clinic
* Supervising Occupational Therapy students (as preferred)
* Networking with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs
We are seeking a self-directed clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful and productive activity.
If you are a registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions, we encourage you to apply. New graduates are also welcome to apply.
