Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the pool industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including national accounts, pool builders, and retail accounts
- Attend trade shows and table tops to promote our products and services
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce database to track customer interactions and sales activity
- Sell programs and services to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Develop sales demand to pull Zodiac products through territory distribution
- Represent Zodiac Sales Department for specific or unusual accounts
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
- 3+ years of outside sales experience and/or training
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while balancing customer needs with Zodiac corporate goals of revenue & profitability
- Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software and CRM tools
- S. in a technical field or equivalent technical product experience is preferred
