About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at MediPharm Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Promote and sell MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands to customers
  • Support the development of sales materials and create brand awareness within the territory
  • Collaborate with management to plan sales activities and set goals for the assigned territory
Requirements
  • Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British Columbia
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred
