About the Role:
At Port Hardy Town Pantry, we are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign sales workers to duties and hire/train staff as needed
• Order merchandise and authorize returns
• Establish work schedules and prepare sales reports
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
• High school graduation certificate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
Work Environment:
• On-site work at a retail business location
• No remote work option available
