Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JIM & DON INVESTMENTS LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory.
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve customer complaints.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
