Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JIM & DON INVESTMENTS LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic security clearance and bondable
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
Our retail store operates in a rural area, with a team of 11-15 employees. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
