Drive Occupancy Planning and Space Management

As a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, you will play a key role in developing occupancy plans and sequencing group-level and individual moves. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver occupancy planning solutions utilizing firm and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client business requirements into occupancy planning solutions
  • Lead business partner on occupancy, space, and move projects
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs for project delivery
  • Partner with Relocation Project Management and Facility Management teams to review and approve moves
  • Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning groups
  • Prepare and update monthly and weekly reporting regarding site data
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes
  • Expert-level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and Excel
  • CAFM system and AutoCAD experience required
  • Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling, and alternative workplace solutions programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems
