We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupancy Planner to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Occupancy Planning team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of occupancy plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves.
Key Responsibilities- Translate client business requirements into effective occupancy planning solutions, utilizing firm and industry best practices.
- Serve as a lead business partner on occupancy, space, and move projects, liaising between clients and affected resources.
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement program for project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Partner with Relocation Project Management and Facility Management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans, and conduct facility audits.
- Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning groups to gather top-down headcount and growth projections.
- Prepare and update monthly and weekly reporting regarding site data, including occupancy metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of innovations, best practices, and standard operating procedures to elevate team, account, and firm performance.
- Actively promote a culture of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment.
- Expert-level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and Excel.
- CAFM system and AutoCAD experience is required.
- Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling, and alternative workplace solutions programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen and ability to focus on customers and clients.
- Demonstrate high-level performance in project budgeting and scheduling.
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems.
