Project Manager

A seasoned project manager is sought to lead Workday HCM/FM implementations, driving client satisfaction and business growth through exceptional project delivery and team leadership. With a strong focus on strategic direction, this role will provide leadership to IT Advisory and Workday practice, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and providing strategic direction for IT Advisory and Workday practice
- Build and mentor high-performing project teams, and develop and deliver detailed project plans, budgets, and task management strategies
- Manage project teams, including performance and delivery of large/cross-functional implementations, and collaborate with business partners to determine scope, planning estimates, resource allocations, and success criteria
- Lead project(s) ensuring adherence to established methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures, and provide production cutover/transition support and production support assistance
- Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials, and post graduate degree and/or professional designation is a strong asset
- Minimum 7-10 years experience as a project manager, functional lead, or technical lead leading Workday HCM/FM implementations, with strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM/FM Applications, including Human Resource Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll Solutions, and Time Tracking
- Strong business, analytical skills, and systematic problem-solving abilities, solid understanding of business analysis strategies and methodologies, and strong understanding of data flow and functionalities within ERP systems
- Solid understanding of relational database technologies, ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions, and strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams, support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live, and travel may be up to 30%
