About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Original Joe's Duncan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports
  • Promote and enforce liquor legislation and regulations within our establishment
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock rotation and minimal waste
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and implemented
  • Contribute to marketing plans and strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide top-notch customer service and create a positive dining experience
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve excellence in customer service and sales
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems and technology
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
