About the Role

ABISH TECH INC. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technologist to join our team. As a Mechanical Technologist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications to support the development of mechanical systems and installations.
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to support the manufacturing process.
  • Carry out mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials to ensure their safety and efficiency.
  • Supervise maintenance programs and the operation of mechanical plants to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
