Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled Administrator to provide exceptional support to the Canadian Resource Centre National Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality services and fostering an environment that promotes staff and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide senior-level administrative support to a group with a partner, senior managers, and managers on a full-time basis.
  2. Monitor various functional mailboxes on a daily basis and escalate queries as required.
  3. Assist with the coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities for Canadian secondees and offshore delivery staff, including completion and submission of standard ServiceNow forms, and working with HR and IT to respond to queries as they arise.
  4. Assist with the coordination of documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports, and provide administrative support to the team as required using various Firm-approved software.
  5. Work independently and within a team environment to produce accurate, high-quality team deliverables.
  6. Calendar support - schedule internal meetings for the team, including virtual meetings or video calls with offshore management, various engagement teams, and stakeholders within the firm, ensuring meetings are scheduled keeping the requisite time zones in mind.
  7. Adhere to risk management and branding in compliance with National guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  8. Leverage firm processes and programs to ensure active support of the business.
  9. Other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  1. College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skills.
  2. Post-secondary education in Administration or Business is an asset.
  3. Post-secondary education in Project Management is an asset.
  4. Strong word processing skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe, etc.
  5. Proficiency to quickly learn proprietary software.
  6. Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills are required.
  7. Bi-lingual in French and English is an asset.
  8. Strong project management skills.
  9. Ability to quickly and smoothly adapt to changing team demands.
  10. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  11. Service and detail-oriented, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  12. Exceptional time management skills.

KPMG Canada Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $80,000, and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, and competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
