Inventory Control Manager

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to join our team at Renu Bio Health. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and conducting regular audits.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position, requiring daily presence at our retail business or wholesale establishment/store location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental and health care plans, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant education or certifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
