About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at First Choice Foods. This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week with English as the primary work language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning and Organization: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, organize inventory to accomplish work, and maintain accurate records.
  • Task Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting and Performance Management: Prepare and submit reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
