**Job Summary:**
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to supervise and coordinate activities of workers in our retail business, overseeing inventory control, sales reporting, and customer service.
- Your primary responsibility will be to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, tracking stock movements and identifying areas for improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
