Energy Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Conservation and Energy Management team as a Program Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our conservation programs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program changes to adapt to changing regulatory, policy, and energy efficiency requirements.
- Lead the development of new program offerings from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal partners to craft bespoke solutions for our customers.
- Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs.
- A diploma in business, communications, energy management, or a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of three (3) years of recent and related experience in program development.
- Project Management Professional or Certified Energy Manager designations would be an asset.
- Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
