Position OverviewAs a proactive and enthusiastic professional, you excel in collaborative environments, adept at problem-solving and developing effective partnerships. Your ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strategic perspective makes you an ideal candidate for the role of Energy Conservation Specialist.
In this position, you will manage the daily operations of our commercial and industrial rebate programs, spearhead conservation initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will build essential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill their requirements and uphold program standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and implement our commercial and industrial programs by acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the associated processes and systems.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to customer service and operational efficiency.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all program participants.
- Prepare business cases and reports for new initiatives or adjustments to existing programs, including justification and cost-effectiveness assessments.
- A diploma in business, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in program development.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to program stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Solution-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive attitude that fosters positive relationships through every interaction.
This role offers the opportunity to participate in a flexible work program, allowing you to work from an approved location in British Columbia for a significant portion of the year, subject to operational needs.
