Energy Management Program Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Conservation and Energy Management department as a Program Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our conservation programs and nurturing customer-centric experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation
- Develop and implement new program offerings from concept to implementation.
- Lead the development of new program initiatives to adapt to changing regulatory, policy, and energy efficiency requirements.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with external and internal program partners.
- Deliver world-class customer service to all program stakeholders.
- Process Improvement and Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and optimize program processes to enhance customer experiences.
- A diploma in business, communications, energy management, or a related discipline from a recognized program.
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent and related experience in program development.
- Project Management Professional or Certified Energy Manager designations would be an asset.
- Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
- Ability to work independently and with partners in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
