Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager I, Corporate to join our team at PHSA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, scope statements, and project schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans, ensuring successful and coordinated completion of project components.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete project tasks.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
