Project Manager

Brymark Installations Group Inc. is a leading industrial contracting company based in British Columbia, Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations during the construction phase.
  • Prepare construction schedules and monitor progress using an earned value method.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Review contract violations and prepare necessary documents to complete projects.
  • Understand and report job cost, profit, and forecasting estimates to accounting and management.
  • Act as a client liaison and establish effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Deploy resources efficiently and ensure projects are completed on time.
Qualifications:
  • P.Eng, Applied Technologist, or equivalent trade experience is required.
  • PMP designation is considered an asset.
  • 7-10 years of applied project management experience is necessary.
  • Experience in working with subcontractors and vendors and managing schedules is required.
  • Heavy industrial projects experience, including Process Piping (Oil and Gas), is required.
