Project Manager I, Corporate Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure successful completion of project components, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting effective project management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project management processes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant healthcare discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, with experience in coaching team members on these skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex interdisciplinary environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize initiative, vision, and creative problem-solving to implement project plans.
