Job Description
As a new graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to work in various communities within the Northern Health region. Our New Graduate Transition Program provides targeted supports, including funding, education, and mentorship, to enhance your skills and build your confidence as a new nurse.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
