Medical Nurse Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northern Health Authority in Prince George, BC. As an LPN with us, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have recent experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute care or gerontology.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals, demonstrating empathy and compassion while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. You will work collaboratively with the team to assess client needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

What We Offer:

Our competitive salary is $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid LPN registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and have at least one year of recent experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting. A current valid BC Driver's License and use of personal vehicle are also required.
Skills and Abilities:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong observation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
