At Northern Health, we are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator LPN to join our team at the New Nechako Centre.

Salary: As of April 1, 2024, this position comes with an hourly wage ranging from $32.84 to $41.35.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care and support our clients in a methadone maintenance and addiction residential setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to work effectively with others.

Requirements

  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • Holds a valid BC Driver's License.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to deal with others effectively.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
  • Able to organize work and operate related equipment.
  • Able to work independently and possess some knowledge of addictions and harm reduction treatment models.
