**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful conduct and monitoring of air operations.

* Monitor flights, prepare flight plans, and required work documents.

* Maintain constant awareness of weather conditions and communicate with crews and air traffic control services.

* Adhere to established policies and procedures, prioritizing safety in all actions and decisions.

**Requirements:**

* Vocational diploma in flight dispatching is an asset.

* Completion of Transport Canada exams for flight dispatcher – meteorology and flight dispatcher – operations is considered an asset.

* Demonstrated good judgment, thoroughness, and punctuality.

* Ability to make quick and informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

* Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills (French and English).

* Knowledge of Cree language and culture is an asset.

* Availability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

* Comfortable learning new computer tools.
