About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team as a Major Projects Legal Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading consulting firm, Stantec Consulting International Ltd., and contribute to the success of our Commercial Risk Governance group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and other legal documentation for alternative project delivery (APD) projects.
  • Support Project teams in identifying and managing risks, and assist with the development and review of formal Project documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Risk Governance to review and develop resources, templates, and reference materials.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Project teams by cultivating a deep understanding of Stantec's business and improving risk management practices.
