  1. About the Role
  2. This is a Recreation Therapist opportunity with Vancouver Coastal Health. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide therapeutic recreation and leisure interventions to clients and residents in a team-based environment.
  3. Key Responsibilities
  4. Assess client and resident recreation and leisure needs, abilities, and interests.
  5. Plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic recreation care plans.
  6. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  7. Qualifications and Requirements
  8. Baccalaureate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Leisure Studies.
  9. Eligible for certification and CTRS credential with National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC).
  10. Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certification.
  11. Valid Class IV Driver's License.
