Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a skilled Field Service Operations Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and servicing of cold drink equipment across the region.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor to take on a leadership position and drive business results. As Field Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service employees, managing schedules, coaching and developing talent, and driving initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision, with experience in managing teams and driving business results. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of field service employees to ensure successful installation and servicing of cold drink equipment
  • Manage schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; 2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Effective coaching and talent development skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets and business data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
