About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a skilled Field Service Supervisor to manage a team of Equipment Service employees responsible for the installation and service of Cold Drink Equipment. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, including managing schedules, coaching and developing team members, and driving initiatives to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Translate company business data into actionable insights to monitor results and drive improvement.
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing talent to enhance intellectual capital and organizational health.
  • Enhance customer relationships both internal and external to the company through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects and routine activities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years supervisory experience; 5 years' experience in Equipment Service preferred.
  • Effective coaching/talent development skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data.
  • Outlook/Excel proficiency.
