Job Description

We are seeking an Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Lakefront Hideaway Resort.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accommodation services, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and employee engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations that promote environmental stewardship
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery and efficient operations
  • Conduct training sessions to educate staff on environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability
  • Implement marketing activities that highlight our resort's commitment to environmental sustainability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, environmental science, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in accommodation management, with a focus on environmental sustainability
  • First Aid Certificate and valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
