About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely meal preparation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with high-volume food service is essential
