About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Alliance Express Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
