We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the Ashcroft Urgent and Primary Care Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial part in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to patients and/or their caregivers.
About the Centre:
The Ashcroft Urgent and Primary Care Centre provides care for people without a Primary Care Provider, who are not able to access their regular provider in a timely manner. Our centre has a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, medical office assistants, nurses, social workers, life skills worker, and physiotherapists working together to provide team-based care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to patients and/or their caregivers.
- Operate within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team.
- Contribute to promoting functional independence and enabling patients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.
