About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at Exp Global Inc. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of architectural technical documents and ensuring the timely and quality submission of these documents to clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and manage the production of architectural technical documents, including drawing packages and interdisciplinary coordination.
  2. Monitor the timeliness and quality of architectural technical document submissions.
  3. Prepare architectural technical document packages and related submittals for planning, approvals, and trade services procurement.
  4. Coordinate architectural, engineering, and specialist resources to ensure compliance with contracts.
  5. Prepare project reports and status updates as required.
  6. Lead and participate in regular project meetings to inform stakeholders of project progress.
  7. Manage Project Plans and Schedules.
  8. Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets.
  9. Responsible for project setup, including contracts, accounting requirements, and schedules.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed Architect.
  2. Previous experience working on large/medium-scale projects.
  3. Must be a licensed Architect in New Brunswick or immediately eligible for licensure.
  4. BIM360, Revit, and Bluebeam experience would be an asset.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software.
  6. Strong SketchUp skills.
  7. Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign experience, an asset.
  8. Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
