The In-store Customer Experience Specialist is a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive brand experience for our customers. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing personalized service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the brand and its values.
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Utilize company tools and resources to build brand recognition and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the store and e-commerce teams to integrate store and online experiences.
  • Develop and share insights on new products and services, and provide customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Work as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
