Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate Authorization To Hire (ATH) for approval and post roles, screen, and interview for various positions.
- Conduct references and prepare offer documentation.
- Attend recruitment events in the community.
- Support leaders with integrating employees, including reviews.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and legislative developments in human resources management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-tech and/or manufacturing environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Competitive salary: $78,000 - $90,000.
